François de Harville des Ursins était "marquis de Paloiseau et de Tresnel, seigneur de Dou, la Bergerisse, Chauffery, Chauterneule, Malicorne et de Villiers sur Seyne" (Contrat de mariage d'Anne de Comans d'Astry et de François de Harville des Ursins. 2 décembre 1660).
