Historique :	Figure aujourd'hui isolée, qui devait faire partie d'une poutre de gloire. Elle fut découverte au cours du 20e siècle par l'abbé Houillon, ancien curé de Sammeron, derrière le maître-autel de l'église.

Précision_sur la representation :	Vierge debout, les mains jointes, le corps en légère torsion vers la droite. La tête est complètement revêtue d'un voile, et l'expression douloureuse suggère l'appartenance ancienne à une poutre de gloire.
