Description :	Ce retable architecturé en bois repeint, devait comporter à l'origine un tableau d'autel, à la place duquel a été installée une statue moderne en plâtre de saint Pierre. Le cadre central, de format rectangulaire à oreilles, est cantonné de deux colonnes corinthiennes cannelées dégagées, puis de deux pilastres corinthiens cannelés engagés. La transition visuelle et physique du retable aux lambris de mi-hauteur du choeur est assurée par deux ailerons en volutes ornées de guirlandes végétales et de feuilles d'acanthe, placés en biais pour suivre la ligne courbe de l'abside. La corniche du retable, soutenue par des modillons en volutes, supporte quatre pots-à-feu et une lucarne-fronton consolidée par deux ailes à volutes sortantes.
