Description :	L'inscription, encadrée d'un filet sur le pourtour de la plaque, est constituée de trois parties distinctes encadrée par les formules d'usage : l'état civil, qui donne ses dates de naissance et de mort ainsi que son statut social ; l'éloge de l'homme qu'il fut ; le regret de sa perte. Ces deux dernières parties sont en vers.
